*Quran Khwani and Dua for Madam Afroze Begum* An Icon of FG Institutions, Ms Afroze Begum, was laid to rest on 11th June, 2023. May Allah bless her with the highest place in Jannah. Madam Afroze was an institution in herself. She remained Principal of F G College for Women, F-7/2, Islamabad for fifteen years. She made it a role model for sister institutions. She was, no doubt, indispensable. She also served as DG FDE and Chairperson FBISE. Her services in the field of education, especially in the Federal Capital, will never be forgotten. To pay homage to the great personality of Madam Afroze Begum, a Quran Khwani followed by Dua, was organized at IMCG(PG) F-7/2 Islamabad, on 23rd June 2023 at 9:30 a. m. The faculty members gathered in Afroze Begum Auditorium . Retired and senior faculty members attended the Quran Khwani. Ex- Principals, as well as serving Principals, came to pay their respect to the deceased soul. Dr. Fauzia Tanveer Sheikh, current Principal of IMCG F-7/2, Islamabad offered Dua for the late soul. All eyes were in tears at the great loss. She would always be remembered as a guardian /protector and custodian of educational trends and traditions. 🤲
