IMCG (PG) F-7/2 Islamabad organised a beautiful ceremony to celebrate Eid Milaad un Nabi (s.a.w.w). The stage decorations were aesthetically pleasing as befitting the grand occasion of the birth of our Holy Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h). The Principal of the college, Dr. Fauzia Tanveer Sheikh, along with the staff members welcomed the respected officials from FDE, principals of various colleges and the retired members of fraternity to the holy gathering. The students offered melodious tributes to Rehmat ul lil Alameen, Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h). Their voices transported the audience to pure and reverent place. Ms. Rabia Kayani eloquently highlighted the greatness of the character of Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) while Dr. Aiysha Madni, in her speech, registered a protest against the desecration of Holy Quran in the western countries. In the end, Dr. Aiysha Madni also led a prayer, beseeching Allah Almighty to bestow His blessings upon us. Her words left the audience teary eyed. The spiritual gathering, held to honour the birth of the Saviour of humanity, had such an ethereal quality that it is hard to capture it in mere words.
